We are looking for a Bilingual recruiter who will be responsible for owning and managing the full-cycle recruitment process for designated positions in response to organizational hiring needs. This is a hybrid work schedule. 3 days on site, 2 days remote.

Job Description:

• Lead the recruitment process for Operations and Production roles, from application to hire.
• Conduct a successful intake with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates.
• Manage applicant flow and ensure accurate and timely disposition of candidates in the applicant tracking system (Workday).
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, databases, referrals, and networking, to identify and attract a diverse pool of candidates.
• Extend offers and process candidates for hire.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support HR department initiatives.

Qualifications

• 6 months - 1 year of progressive recruiting experience, preferably recruiting for light industrial and/or operations roles, required.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.
• Prior experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS); Workday preferred.
• Knowledge of applicable Human Resources concepts, methods, and best practices specifically relating to organizational recruitment and selection; working knowledge of employment-related labor laws and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail.
• Must be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Strong critical thinking skills and high emotional intelligence.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Outlook.
