This role plays a key part in coordinating candidates, client maintenance, maintaining employee records, and providing bilingual support to applicants and employees. Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with candidates and employees in both languages (verbal and written)
- Schedule, orientations, and work assignments
- Maintain accurate employee files and staffing records
- Respond to candidate and employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Support timekeeping, and attendance tracking as needed
- Coordinate with clients to meet staffing needs and deadlines
- Perform general administrative duties related to staffing operations
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (read, write, and speak fluently)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of experience in staffing, Recruiting
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar systems
Preferred Skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Team-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude
- Preferred to type 50 WPM
