Qualifications for Billing Clerk
- 2-3 years of office clerical experience
- Familiarity with office concepts, practices and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent typing and data entry skills
- Experience in inventory control would be a plus
- Mathematical, spelling, and grammar skills are needed
Responsibilities for Billing Clerk
- Generate customer billing
- Answer customer and internal billing questions
- Set up and maintain customer data
- Interface with inside/outside sales on project billing
- Maintain open and closed order files
- Enter inventory transactions
- Run daily and monthly reports
- Filing
