Express Employment Professionals is hiring for a Billing Manager on behalf of a respected local medical office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong medical billing knowledge who also enjoys supporting clinical and administrative tasks when needed.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee medical billing operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Manage patient accounts, insurance claims, and payment posting
• Provide backup support as a Medical Assistant, assisting with records, referrals, and patient flow as needed
• Help with administrative duties, including maintaining accurate documentation and older referral follow-ups
• Collaborate with staff to keep the office running smoothly

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in medical billing and coding required
• Knowledge of insurance processes, claims, and collections
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to step in as a Medical Assistant or provide office support when needed
• Positive team-player attitude

Schedule & Pay:

• Full-time, Monday-Friday
• $20/hr
• Full benefits package offered
