*This position is in-office in the city of Brea, CA.

Primary Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with multiple event attendance required that include evenings and weekends. We ask that candidates have open availability Monday-Sunday 6:00 am - 11:00 pm.

Job Overview:

We're seeking an enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Brand Ambassador & Events Coordinator. This position combines your existing role within the company with the exciting responsibility of representing our brand at scheduled events and taking the lead in identifying, planning, and coordinating new events. Additionally, this role will involve aspects of business development to expand our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Coordination and Planning: Take the lead in identifying, researching, and securing new events that align with our brand objectives. Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including logistics, staffing, materials, and follow-up procedures.
  • Ambassadorial Representation: Represent our brand at scheduled events, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand presence. Act as a passionate advocate for our products/services and effectively communicate our brand message to diverse audiences.
  • Business Development: Identify partnership opportunities and potential collaborations to enhance our brand visibility. Develop relationships with potential partners, sponsors, or collaborators to further our brand's reach.
  • Product and Service Knowledge: Deepen your understanding of our products/services to become a knowledgeable resource for customers and prospects during events. Educate and engage with attendees, addressing inquiries and fostering connections.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with event organizers, industry contacts, and potential business partners. Leverage these connections to create mutually beneficial opportunities for the brand.
  • Social Media Growth and Engagement: Support the growth, engagement, and retention of the company’s social media audience by creating and capturing event-related content, promoting brand initiatives, and collaborating with internal teams to strengthen online presence and community loyalty.
  • Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborate closely with internal teams to align event strategies with overall company goals. Provide regular reports on event outcomes, business development initiatives, and ambassadorial activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a related role within the company, coupled with event planning or business development experience.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to attend scheduled events and manage event planning responsibilities.
  • Drive to seek and coordinate events, manage event logistics, and contribute to business development efforts.
  • Availability to represent the brand at scheduled events and willingness to take ownership of event planning and coordination.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on expanding brand reach and fostering relationships.

Work Environment

This role operates in a hybrid environment, splitting time between a professional office setting and in-person community events such as home shows, farmers markets, and local activations. In the office, the position requires the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods, frequently operate a computer and standard office equipment, and work under centrally controlled lighting. In the field, the role involves extended periods of standing and walking, engaging with customers, and setting up or breaking down event materials, occasionally lifting items up to 20 pounds. The ability to communicate clearly and exchange accurate information with internal teams and the public is essential.
