About the Role:
We're looking for a driven Business Solutions Specialist to bring in new clients, build lasting relationships, and sell staffing and workforce solutions. This role blends consultative selling, digital marketing outreach, and face-to-face client engagement. Success here comes from persistence, planning, and the drive to become a top-performing sales professional.

What You'll Do:

• Make high-volume outreach calls, social connections, and in-person visits to decision makers
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospects, scheduling appointments and documenting activity
• Develop sales and marketing action plans to target top prospects
• Leverage social media, email, and digital tools to expand reach and client engagement
• Present full-service staffing solutions and execute client care strategies
• Partner with the internal team to align sales with recruiting and client needs

What You Bring:

• Proven success in B2B or B2C sales with strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfort with high-activity outreach and persistence in sales pipelines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social/digital platforms (LinkedIn, email marketing tools, etc.)
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to follow a disciplined sales plan
• A consultative selling approach with excellent listening and problem-solving skills
