Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist customers with their plumbing needs, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly. Identify customer requests and concerns to provide the most effective solution.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with dispatch to ensure timely service delivery. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to provide seamless customer service.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Uphold our company’s commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years customer service experience. Call center experience is highly preferred.
- Plumbing or other service-based industry experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and call center software. Service Titan experience is a plus.
