Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and/or place outbound calls in a timely and professional manner
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with accuracy and empathy
- Document all interactions clearly and accurately in the CRM or call tracking system
- Resolve issues at first point of contact whenever possible; escalate when appropriate
- Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including call quality, productivity, and attendance
- Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Prior call center or customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficient with basic computer applications and call center software
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
