Full-time, temp to hire / Outdoor Residential Lead Opportunity

Pay Range/Day Shift - $25-$28/hr

About the role

We're looking for a skilled, reliable carpenter to join our growing team. You'll work directly on customer properties installing fencing, porches, and decks - consistent field work with competitive pay and a clear path to a lead carpenter role for the right person.

Responsibilities

• Install wood, vinyl, and metal fencing on residential properties
• Build and install decks and porches from the ground up or as additions
• Read and follow basic project plans and work orders
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and related equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
• Communicate professionally with homeowners on site
• Work independently or alongside a small crew as needed

Requirements

• 1-2 years of carpentry or general construction experience
• Hands-on experience with fencing, decking, or framing preferred
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and professional attitude
• Basic hand and power tool proficiency
