Drive for C.R. England on a dedicated account for Harbor Freight with preloaded loads at the Distribution Center in Tacoma. Driver is given pick up time for each load, day before appointment. Times vary between 0100 to 2300. Pickup times will be provided to the carrier based on expected transit from origin to destination. All pick-ups must occur at the requested date / time (window).
- Valid CDL-A plus 3+ months of Class A CDL experience required
- This lane is not suitable for students, recent graduates, or trainees.
Lane Details:
- Home daily
- All loads are preloaded at DC and off loaded at each store with or without driver assist
- Trailers will be loaded with return product; trailers will be loaded by customer
- All Harbor Freight pickups are Shipper Load and Count, with no touch to the driver. A seal will be provided by Harbor Freight. A second seal will be provided for multi-stop TLs and will be applied by Harbor Freight after the first delivery is made. Trailers must be left at the drop area designated by the guard shack. Trailers must be picked up from the drop area designated by the guard shack.
- Load securement is store responsibility. Drivers are responsible for placing return seals
- Potential for touch off loading at some point on this account
- $20.00 Detention pay, with a max of $200.00 per day
Driver Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 Years of age or older
- 3 months or more of recent CDL-A experience
Pay scale:
- Average Annualized 1+ year: $72,794.00
- Top 10% Annualized 1+ year: $82,973.00
- 0 - 5 years: 0.61 - 0.64 CPM
- 6 - 9 years: 0.65 - 0.68 CPM
