Containers on chassis, rolling out of terminals in the Philadelphia, PA area and heading to Ohio, Western New York, West Virginia and Central/Western Pennsylvania. That is the daily work on this dedicated regional account with C.R. England.
The freight is no-touch, drop and hook, so your time goes into driving rather than unloading. Drivers who manage their hours well can expect roughly 2100 miles per week.
You get home weekly for a 34-hour reset, usually on the weekend and sometimes during the week.
Lane Details:
Start from terminals in the Philadelphia, PA area
Deliver to Ohio, Western New York, West Virginia and Central/Western Pennsylvania
No-touch, drop and hook freight
Pull containers on chassis
Schedule:
Shifts run Sunday through Friday or Monday through Saturday
Shifts are set up to maximize your miles
Weekly home time for a 34-hour reset, usually on the weekend
How You Earn:
Paid by the mile, plus stop pay
Roughly 2100 miles per week when you manage your hours well
Requirements:
Valid Class A CDL
21 years of age or older
3+ months of recent Class A CDL experience
Limited bobtail parking available for drivers who live close to the port
Truck parking at home or secure location near home
TWIC card is required to hire. Hazmat and Tankers will need to be obtained in 30 days. (Company will reimburse the fees with receipts. Drivers can start as long as they have applied for the TWIC card)
