CDL- A Local Harbor Freight Truck Driver

Haslet, TX is home base for this Harbor Freight Tools fleet, where you run preloaded freight to stores on a mix of local and overnight runs.

Each primary lane has approximately 2-4 stops per load, and home time varies from every day to every other day depending on your scheduled route. Every delivery starts and ends at the Distribution Center at 1257 Bold Ruler RD, Haslet, TX 76052.

Lane Details:

• Dedicated account delivering to Harbor Freight stores
• Areas of operation: Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Kansas, Missouri, Louisiana, Arkansas, Tennessee and Mississippi
• Approximately 2-4 stops per load on each primary lane
• Mix of local and overnight runs

At the Store:

• All freight is preloaded by the customer
• Driver unload assist: you use a hand pallet jack to move pallets from the back of the trailer to the tail
• Store personnel offload the product with forklifts
• You make sure the correct pallets come off at the correct store

Schedule:

• Delivery windows are 0600 – 1800, Monday – Sunday
• Saturdays are based on customer demand
• Pickups can happen any time from 0001-2359
• You run an 11-hour shift or 70-hour clock if needed
• Home every day to every other day, depending on route

Equipment:

• Company-provided Tandem-Axle Sleeper trucks
• 53' trailers

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 years of age or older
• 3+ months of recent Class A CDL experience
