What We Offer:
- Competitive Pay: Titus Drivers Average $1,730 Weekly / $89,000 Avg. W2.
- Predictable Schedule: Home Daily with 5 days on/2 days off schedule (with the opportunity to work a 6th day). Nights and weekends are included.
- Local Routes: Deliver grocery freight from Kroger Distribution Center in Salem to store locations in VA Beach, Richmond, Salem, Roanoke, OH, KY, TN, and WV.

What You’ll Do:
- Deliver grocery freight from the Kroger distribution center in Salem, VA locally and to stores in VA Beach, Richmond, OH, KY, TN, and WV
- Verify product quantities at stores
- Perform live unloads, potentially averaging 3-4 stops per load (depending on the route).
- Maintain excellent customer service by providing a positive and professional experience at each store.
- Comply with all company safety regulations and Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines.
- Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure your assigned equipment is properly maintained.
What You Bring:
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid Class A CDL and DOT Med Card
- 24 months of verified CDL-A driving experience
- Refrigerated and Dry Van Experience preferred
- Acceptable MVR/PSP/Clearinghouse/Background
- Demonstrated commitment to Safety, Service, and Job Stability
