CDL-A Local Truck Driver Job Image

Night shifts out of Lidl's Fredericksburg, VA distribution center, delivering to stores across Virginia and Maryland, then back home at the end of every run.

This is a local fleet that keeps you moving. You load and unload your own trailer with an electric pallet jack, and you bring returns back to the distribution center. It suits experienced CDL-A drivers who like staying active between drives.

Lane Details:

  • All loads originate in Fredericksburg, VA
  • Deliveries throughout Virginia and Maryland
  • Drivers average 1300 miles per week
  • Load and unload with an electric pallet jack
  • Reload returns back to the distribution center

Schedule:

  • Home daily
  • 5-day work schedule, including weekends
  • 2 consecutive days off per week
  • Currently hiring for the night shift

Equipment:

  • Automatic transmission trucks pulling 53-ft trailers

Requirements:

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • 21 years of age or older
  • 3+ months of recent Class A CDL experience
  • Reliable transportation to commute to and from work
