CDL-A Target Fleet Driver - Overnight Shift Job Image

Overnight runs from West Jefferson, OH into downtown Chicago and its suburbs make up the heart of this dedicated Target account. You'll haul a mix of shuttles, full loads and deliveries, with shuttle points in Whitestown, IN and Demotte, IN.

Every load starts and finishes at West Jefferson, OH. Loads come pre-loaded on tri-temp and dual-temp reefers, so you can focus on driving and delivering.

This is a solo, full-time role for experienced CDL-A drivers who are comfortable with night work and city stops.

Daily Work:

  • Mix of shuttles, full loads and store deliveries

  • Most stores are store unload, with you observing the unload

  • Inner city stores require a lift gate and pallet jacks

  • Deliveries to downtown Chicago and the surrounding suburbs

Schedule:

  • 2-3 days home weekly with a 34-hour reset

  • 24/7 operation, so shift times may vary

  • Current hours of operation 9PM - noon (overnights), 7 days a week

  • No set days off

How You Earn:

  • Mileage pay

  • Stop pay

  • Detention pay

Equipment:

  • Top-of-the-line automatic transmission trucks

  • Hauling 28' and 53' trailers

  • Trucks can be parked in a safe and secured location


Requirements:

  • Valid Class A CDL

  • 21 years of age or older

  • 3+ months of recent Class A CDL experience
