Forklift / CDL B Driver

Express Employment Professionals – Watseka, IL is partnering with a local manufacturing company to hire a Forklift / CDL B Driver. This is a great opportunity for an experienced driver who enjoys a mix of warehouse, production, and local driving responsibilities and wants a steady, full-time position.

Pay: $18–$21/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday
Location: Watseka, IL

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate a forklift to move, load, unload, and stage metal materials.
• Load and unload trucks while ensuring materials are secured properly.
• Make local deliveries and pickups using a Class B CDL vehicle.
• Transport materials between the facility and local customers or job sites.
• Assist with moving materials throughout the production and warehouse areas.
• Complete required delivery paperwork and maintain accurate records.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Keep the forklift, truck, and work areas clean and organized.
• Follow all company safety procedures and DOT regulations.
• Work closely with production and warehouse teams to keep materials moving efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Class B CDL
• Clean and safe driving record.
• Previous forklift experience.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift and handle heavy metal materials.
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or material-handling experience preferred.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Safety-minded with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable working both indoors on the production floor and outdoors while making deliveries.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed.
