Express Employment Professionals is recruiting a CDL-A Equipment Operator for a local company working primarily at industrial and mine sites. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys operating equipment, working outdoors, and taking on a variety of hands-on responsibilities.

Responsibilities
- Operate tractors, tracked vehicles, hydroseeders, and other equipment
- Transport equipment between mine sites using a Class A CDL
- Occasionally haul hay bales or pick up materials and supplies from vendors
- Assist the foreman with daily projects and jobsite priorities
- Communicate with customers regarding project needs and timelines
- Coordinate with vendors, farmers, fertilizer suppliers, hay haulers, and others to help ensure materials and resources are available when needed
- Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and minor repairs when able
- Maintain a strong focus on safe equipment operation and jobsite practices
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL required
- Ability to complete MSHA training
- Experience operating tractors, tracked equipment, or similar machinery preferred
- Strong commitment to safety
- Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
- Comfortable communicating with customers, vendors, and coworkers
- Mechanical aptitude or basic equipment repair skills are a plus
- Ability to adapt to changing projects and priorities
