Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Centerless Grinder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining grinder machinery, ensuring efficient production processes, and upholding our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor grinder machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Set up machines according to specifications and production requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Record production data and report any issues to management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical training is a plus.
• Previous experience as a Centerless Grinder required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
