Compensation: $50-$65/hr
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 5-10+ years of experience in ceramic processing, additive manufacturing, or powder-based systems
- Strong knowledge of ceramic materials, high-temperature behavior, binder chemistry, and thermal processing methods
- Hands-on experience with binder jet or similar additive manufacturing technologies
- Familiarity with process control methodologies and Design of Experiments (DOE)
- Preferred: Experience with ceramic molds/cores for investment casting and Ni-based superalloys (e.g., IN718, Rene alloys)
- Background in aerospace or regulated environments, printhead/fluid systems, and scaling additive processes to production preferred
