What You Will Do

• Specialized Equipment Operation: Safely drive clamp trucks and sit-down forklifts to transport, stack, receive, and stage product throughout shipping and receiving zones.

• Rail & Crane Operations: Operate remote-controlled overhead cranes and drive track mobiles to position rail cars safely in and out of facility bays.

• Inbound & Outbound Processing: Pull warehouse orders and process detailed shipping/receiving documentation accurately using handheld RF scanners.

• Quality & Exception Inspections: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for quality, documenting any material exceptions or freight damage on shipping manifests.

• Facility Prep & Safety: Assist with opening the facility and staging daily equipment (cycling bay doors, powering on plant lighting) while strictly upholding dock safety standards.

What You Need

• Clamp Truck Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience operating clamp attachments required.

• Forklift Experience: 1–2 years of standard industrial forklift operation required.

• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience using handheld RF scan guns and inventory tracking software.

• Specialized Capability: Prior exposure or comfort operating remote overhead cranes and track mobiles is a major plus.

• Reliability: Rock-solid attendance, sharp work ethic, and dependable transportation to O'Fallon, MO 63366.

• Screening: Willingness to complete standard pre-employment background checks and screenings.
