Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize patient rooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas
- Disinfect high-touch surfaces according to hospital and safety standards
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and floor care (including periodic deep cleaning)
- Empty trash and properly dispose of waste
- Restock supplies such as paper products and soap
- Follow all safety, infection control, and PPE protocols
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude on-site
Requirements
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred (hospital or medical cleaning a plus)
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Ability to pass a background check (required for hospital facilities)
- Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 40 lbs, and perform physical work
- Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
