Express in Everett is hiring an Client Account Coordinator for one of our client's in the Marysville area. This role involves managing customers from initiation to completion, providing equipment information and quotes, and assisting with administrative tasks, scheduling, and a high volume of professional correspondence.

Responsibilities:
- Manage customer orders from start to finish, including document preparation, quote generation, payment collection, scheduling, and communication with
- stakeholders.
- Provide equipment information and quotes to customers.
- Handle inquiries about equipment.
Requirements:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong prioritization and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Friendly and approachable.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.
- Ability to handle complex situations and provide excellent customer service.
Physical Requirements:
- Extended periods of computer work.
- Occasional lifting and movement of documents (up to 20 pounds).
- Regular in-person meetings and telephone communication.
