We're hiring for a CNC Machine Operator position with a growing manufacturing company in the Cookeville area. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for steady full-time work in a production environment. While the equipment is CNC-operated, this role focuses primarily on loading and unloading parts, monitoring machine performance, and ensuring quality standards are met.

What you'll do:

• Remove finished parts from CNC machinery
• Load materials and components as needed
• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
• Monitor machine operation and report any issues
• Follow production schedules and work instructions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

What you need:

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Dependable attendance and solid work history
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn

Pay & Schedule:

• Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Days/hours: Day shift, full-time
