Or Express Employment has teamed up with a growing manufacturer in Wyoming, IL who is looking to add reliable saw operators to their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate vertical and horizontal CNC Machines and saws and other shop cutting equipment to cut raw material to specified lengths
- Read work orders, cut sheets, and basic shop drawings
- Accurately measure material using tape measures, calipers, and other measuring tools
- Safely operate an overhead crane to load, unload, and position heavy material
- Identify material types and ensure correct material is used for each job
- Inspect cuts for accuracy, squareness, and surface condition
- Maintain saws, blades, and work area in safe working condition
- Follow all machine shop safety rules, including PPE and lockout procedures
- Communicate with machinists and supervisors to keep jobs moving efficiently

- CNC or Saw Operator experience
