Location: Paris, IL
Pay: $18+/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM (Fridays as needed for overtime)

We're seeking a CNC Machinist to join a high-performance manufacturing team in Paris, IL! You'll set up and operate CNC machines in both manual and automatic modes, working with a variety of materials to produce top-quality precision parts that meet demanding specs.

This is a hands-on role where craftsmanship meets technology - perfect for a machinist who thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Set up, align, and secure tooling, attachments, and workpieces for CNC machining operations
• Select and install cutting tools, set speeds, feeds, and depths for each project
• Monitor machines for accuracy and performance, making adjustments as needed
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and part drawings to produce components to exact specifications
• Perform cutting, drilling, milling, reaming, and boring on metallic and non-metallic materials
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure top-quality output
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all 6S and safety standards
• Collaborate with other machinists and assist in training new team members
• Suggest improvements to tooling, setup, or process efficiency - your input matters here!

What You Bring to the Table:

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical/trade school preferred)
• 2+ years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of machine setup, tooling, and blueprint reading
• Keen eye for precision and quality
• Mechanical aptitude, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (ITAR/EAR compliance required)
