While experience with loading/unloading CNC's is preferred, experience in a metal shop, measuring with micrometers and calipers, is qualifying experience. This is a position for a highly motivated individual who is looking for a long-term opportunity with a company that provides great benefits upon hire. Pay: $20.50/hour to start. If you have prior CNC experience, once converted, there will be a wage adjustment to reflect your capability. This client does have a profit sharing program that offers significant financial rewards once the evaluation period has ended and you've onboarding with their payroll.

Schedule: Swing Shift M-Th 3 PM-1:30 AM
What you'll be doing:
- Loading and unloading CNC's and training on how to perform setups and grow to become an independent CNC Machinist.
- Will be operating Mazak - horizontal and vertical mills, Mori and Leadwell
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience with CNC Machining/Set-Up preferred but not required
- Experience using Fanuc and Mazak controls preferred
- Willing to learn basic G&M code knowledge
- Emphasis on quality control and inspection - attention to detail
- Willing to learn how to understand and editing of programs
- Willing to learn Machine tool setup
- Experience working with metal parts required
- Willing to work OT
- Solid Math Skills required
- Will need to be able to read prints and follow GD&T tolerance
- Utilized blueprints, manuals and drawings
- Willing to learn the ability to operate machine minimal supervision
- Desire to work as part of team
- Safety focused, with a commitment to utilizing PPE and reporting hazards
