Qualifications:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Previous experience with CNC Machine Maintenance is required.
• Previous experience rebuilding machines is required.
• Completion of an electrical or mechanical apprenticeship, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and control systems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and advanced troubleshooting abilities.
• Familiarity with machine tools, including VTLs, CNC mills/lathes, Makino, and Fanuc controls.
• High school diploma or GED, with intermediate computer skills.

Responsibilities:

• Install CNC machinery and mechanical equipment using hand and power tools.
• Operate hoisting and lifting devices to position machinery during installation, setup, and repair.
• Perform advanced machine tool repair processes, including troubleshooting and repairing major issues.
• Disassemble, repair, and rebuild machine tool subassemblies.
• Clean, lubricate, and conduct routine maintenance on machinery.
• Schedule and recommend improvements for preventive maintenance.
• Train other employees and maintain organized work areas.
• Travel to customer sites for installation and service calls, up to 30%.
