What You’ll Do

As a CNC Mill Operator, you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality parts:

• Set up CNC milling machines, including loading materials, selecting tooling, and adjusting machine settings
• Operate and monitor machines to ensure optimal performance and accuracy
• Inspect finished parts to verify they meet specifications and tolerances
• Make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine machine maintenance
• Work closely with your team to meet production goals and deadlines
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

• Hands-on experience with CNC milling, including setup and operation
• Strong understanding of tooling, machining processes, and basic programming concepts
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments
