Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC press brake equipment to produce precision components.
- Perform bump forming and complex forming operations on a variety of materials.
- Select appropriate tooling and machine settings based on job requirements.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and production specifications.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality standards are met.
- Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain consistent part quality.
- Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Work efficiently while meeting production schedules and quality requirements.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Press Brake Operator in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in bump forming and complex forming operations.
- Strong knowledge of CNC press brake operation, machine setup, and tooling selection.
- Advanced ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work safely and effectively in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working with advanced CNC press brake equipment is highly valued.
