Job Responsibilities:
- Set-Up, operate and maintain CNC machines (both Mill and Lathe)
- Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
- Perform tool changes and resets
- Utilize measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure quality
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance throughout the shift
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in CNC programming, setup, and operation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow production procedures
- Solid understanding of math, problem-solving, mechanics, and computer skills
