What You'll Be Doing:
Answering Calls & Assisting Customers - Provide expert guidance and exceptional customer service
Diagnosing & Advising - Work with technical service lines to troubleshoot vehicle concerns
Coordinating Repairs - Communicate with technicians to ensure efficient service
Providing Recommendations - Help customers understand their vehicle needs and offer the best solutions
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (required)
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Knowledge of automotive repairs & diagnostics
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent customer service skills
