Schedule: Monday-Friday
Two shifts available:
6:00 am - 2:30 pm
8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour, depending on experience

Experience in a manufacturing environment is also key.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Adjusting viscosity
- Performing cure-thickness testing
- Completing QC evaluations of all compounded and manufactured products
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting wage varies by experience: $22-$27/hr
- First performance review at 3 months; annual reviews thereafter

Key Requirements
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Demonstrated artistic background, either professionally or through sustained personal pursuit
- Exceptional ability to perceive and interpret color with an artistic perspective
- Strong math skills and logical reasoning to support creative formulation work
- Ability to collaborate effectively with the manufacturing team
- Ability to read and follow precise instructions from product formularies, SOPs, and operational manuals
- Openness to feedback and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Close coordination with other technicians to achieve production outcomes
- Strong eye for color and solid understanding of color theory
- Ability to work efficiently under occasional time-sensitive conditions while supporting team goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with confident navigation of computers and network systems
