Comfort Advisor

We have an immediate need for an enthusiastic, self-motivated HVAC Comfort Advisor. HVAC Sales positions require a strong ability to communicate efficiently with our clients, meet sales goals, and provide customers with appropriate products.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Use a consultative sales approach to present options to new and existing customers
• Present customer purchasing options including financing
• Actively follow-up on all sales leads and customer requests
• Provide a world class customer experience with every interaction
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, evenings, and weekends
• Able to work individually and as part of a team 

Skills/Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years sales experience (Required)
• Strong ability to understand basic technical information related to HVAC equipment
• Excellent communications skills
• Energetic and passionate about selling and providing excellent customer service
• Some college or technical school education preferred
• Must pass drug test and background check

WORK CONDITIONS:

• Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear
• Occasionally required to lift and/or move objects 10-75 lbs
• Regularly required to sit, stand, walk
• Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus
• Work is performed in residential properties (attic, garage, crawl space, roof)
• Frequent standing, squatting, sitting for extended periods of time
• Moderate exposure to physical risk
• Occasionally required to ascend/descend ladders and balance
