Commercial Appliance Repair and Installation Technician

We are hiring a skilled Commercial Appliance Repair and Installation Technician to support service and installation needs for commercial clients in the Portland metro area. This role involves working with a wide range of commercial kitchen and laundry equipment in restaurants, multi-family properties, and other commercial facilities. Ideal candidates will have prior experience with commercial-grade appliances and the ability to work independently on-site.

Job Duties:

• Install, service, and repair commercial appliances such as ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, and laundry machines
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in a commercial setting
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan
• Maintain accurate records of service, repairs, and parts used
• Ensure compliance with safety codes, regulations, and manufacturer specifications
• Communicate effectively with property managers, maintenance teams, and vendors
