Position: Commercial Insurance Producer - Agent/Broker

Location: Denver, CO

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 base salary + bonus and commission structure | $38.50/HR - $50.00/HR

Schedule: Hybrid Schedule

Job Responsibilities:

• Prospect, cultivate, and maintain strong mid-market commercial client relationships
• Communicate effectively to build trust and long-term partnerships
• Share expertise on insurance products and services while ensuring client satisfaction
• Maintain a thorough understanding of insurance solutions, agency standards, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with your mentor/leader for ongoing guidance and development
• Leverage open market share with minimal internal competition to expand your BoB

Qualifications:

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License in the State of Colorado required
• 4+ years of proven experience prospecting, cultivating, and managing new and existing client relationships
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter with drive, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
