What You'll Do
As a Community Manager, you'll manage operations that keep the organization running smoothly, including:
- Overseeing daily HOA operations and ensuring compliance with governing documents
- Serving as the primary liaison for Board members and residents
- Preparing for and attending Board meetings
- Managing budgets, financials, invoicing, and collections
- Conducting property inspections and ensuring common area maintenance
- Coordinating vendors, bids, and contracted work
- Responding to inquiries and handling on-call emergencies professionally
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who combines industry knowledge with exceptional service skills:
- 2+ years of HOA or community management experience (preferred)
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service abilities
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- A calm, solutions-focused approach to resident and Board needs
Required Licensing:
- Nevada CAM License (non-negotiable)
- CMCA and/or AMS certifications preferred
