What You'll Do

As a Community Manager, you'll manage operations that keep the organization running smoothly, including:

• Overseeing daily HOA operations and ensuring compliance with governing documents
• Serving as the primary liaison for Board members and residents
• Preparing for and attending Board meetings
• Managing budgets, financials, invoicing, and collections
• Conducting property inspections and ensuring common area maintenance
• Coordinating vendors, bids, and contracted work
• Responding to inquiries and handling on-call emergencies professionally

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who combines industry knowledge with exceptional service skills:

• 2+ years of HOA or community management experience (preferred)
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service abilities
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• A calm, solutions-focused approach to resident and Board needs

Required Licensing:

• Nevada CAM License (non-negotiable)
• CMCA and/or AMS certifications preferred
