Position Overview

Pay & Schedule
- Hourly Pay: $19/hour
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00AM - 3:30PM
- Pay Frequency: Weekly
- Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
- Location: Wyoming

Key Responsibilities
- Complete all grinding operations for each individual part
- Select, align, and secure holding fixtures, attachments, accessories, and materials as required
- Operate and observe robotic equipment to detect malfunctions or non‑conforming conditions
- Verify conformance of finished workpieces to specifications
- Record activities and production data in the computer system
Qualifications
- Able to read and understand work instructions, part prints, and QC equipment
- Stable work history with strong attention to detail
- American Composites Manufacturers Association (ACMA) Technician Certification preferred
- Familiarity with ISO lamination standards (experience and certifications may increase compensation)
- HS Diploma or equivalent required
- Lean Manufacturing Certification or equivalent preferred, with demonstrated proficiency using lean problem‑solving and engineering tools
- Able to lift 50 lbs and move with agility while performing tasks
