Computer Hardware Repair Technician

Salary: 19.00/hr

A client in Wilsonville is seeking a Computer Hardware Repair Technician (both Laptops and PCs) to join their team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in repairing PC units -

Location: Wilsonville

Technical Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Hardware troubleshooting and repair
• Upgrade units for customized orders with extreme detail to cleanliness, care of product, and accuracy.
• Advanced troubleshooting and repair of hardware issues.
• Ability to manage multiple repair tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of PC components and electronics.

Experience with the following tasks with little or no instruction or supervision:

• Disassemble and inspect laptop computers. (Desktops are assumed knowledge)
• Identify upgrade options by looking at physical hardware.
• Verify components and partitions via command prompt.
• Re-assemble units in a like-new state.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 yrs. Computer hardware experience
• Follow instructions while working in a team or independent environment.
• Knowledge of basic mathematics is mandatory.
• Chinese Language is preferred but not mandatory.
• Self-starter, takes initiative

Pay: $19.00/hr.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
