Concierge

Located in Palm Beach, FL

We are seeking friendly, professional, and service-oriented Concierges / Front Desk Associates to serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and creating a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information
• Assist residents with package deliveries, reservations, transportation, and other requests
• Coordinate access for visitors, contractors, and vendors
• Monitor security cameras and maintain building safety procedures
• Maintain accurate logs, records, and incident reports
• Support the community management team with administrative tasks as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk/concierge role preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar)
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred Skills:

• Bilingual communication skills are a plus
• Familiarity with property management software
