Responsibilities
- Complete concrete projects from start to finish with minimal supervision
- Perform flatwork including sidewalks, driveways, patios, slabs, and foundations
- Work with Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF)
- Read plans and ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule
- Operate and maintain concrete finishing tools and equipment
- Work closely with crews to ensure quality workmanship and job site safety
We Are Specifically Looking For
- Previous professional experience as a Concrete Finisher is required
- Ability to run a job from start to finish
- Experience with flatwork and ICF construction
- Strong understanding of concrete placement, finishing, and curing techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and project specifications
- Reliable transportation and excellent work ethic
- Must be physically able to perform heavy lifting, bending, and working on feet through entire shift
