Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Concrete Laborer to assist with the installation and repair of septic tanks. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience working with concrete, and a background in construction is strongly preferred. Responsibilities include pouring, mixing, and finishing concrete, operating power tools, and supporting the installation team on-site.

Pay Rate: $20/hr

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation and repair of septic tanks.
• Mix, pour, and finish concrete for septic tank bases, lids, and surrounding structures.
• Operate concrete tools such as mixers, trowels, and power tools.
• Ensure accurate placement of septic tank components according to specifications.
• Assist with general labor tasks including trench digging, backfilling, and grading.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a clean and safe job site.
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience working with concrete in construction or related field.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools related to concrete work.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
