Express Employment Professionals is seeking Content Specialists for a local Restoration Company. The Content Specialist is responsible for handling, documenting, cleaning, and restoring personal property items affected by fire, water, mold, or other damages. This role ensures contents are inventoried, packed, transported, cleaned, stored, and returned to clients with the highest level of care and professionalism.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle fragile and valuable items carefully.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physical stamina - ability to lift, carry, and move boxes and furniture.
• Basic computer and mobile device skills for digital inventory systems.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must have a personal vehicle and maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Working Conditions

• Work performed in homes, businesses, warehouses, and job sites affected by water, fire, smoke, or mold.
• Frequent lifting, standing, bending, and moving items.
• May involve exposure to dust, odors, and cleaning chemicals (protective equipment provided).
