- Prepare food items following recipes and quality standards
- Cook and plate dishes efficiently while maintaining presentation expectations
- Keep all stations stocked, organized, and sanitary
- Support menu development and offer creative input
- Consistently follow food safety and health regulations
Qualifications and Experience:
- 2+ years of experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role
- Banquet or high-volume cooking experience
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
