Position Details
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday
- Hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Location: Pompano Beach, FL
- Pay Rate: $20-$23 per hour (based on experience)
- Employment Type: Evaluation hire through Express Employment Professionals
Responsibilities
- Assist customers at the counter with product selection, pricing, and order processing
- Provide excellent customer service to contractors, municipalities, and walk-in customers
- Enter orders accurately into the system and process transactions
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Answer phone inquiries and assist with basic product questions
- Maintain a clean, organized counter and showroom area
Qualifications
- Prior counter sales, inside sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Experience in plumbing, waterworks, construction, or industrial supplies is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using computers and order-entry systems
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
