Key responsibilities include:
Machine setup, operation, monitoring, basic maintenance, troubleshooting issues, inspecting products, and following safety and quality protocols.
Strong understanding of crane controls, equipment maintenance, & load charts. Meticulous focus: for calculations, inspections, & precise movements. Spatial Awareness: The ability to understand & judge the space around crane, address any issues. Ensure all loads are in accordance with crane limits.

Requirements
- A High school diploma or equivalent.
- Mandatory 1 year work experience as a Crane Operator.
- A professional certificate such as NCCCO is a plus.
- A valid crane operator license is a plus.
- Ability to load and unload heavy objects.
- Outstanding knowledge of ANSI Standards and OSHA Regulations in crane operations is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Good time management skills.
- A hardworking, reliable and dedicated individual.
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills.
- A keen eye for detail.
