We are hiring Crate & Pallet Builders for a local Wilmington-area manufacturer.
Shifts Available:
• Day or Night
• 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
Pay: $18-$19+/hr
Job Duties:
• Build wooden crates and pallets
• Use hand and power tools
• Read basic measurements or diagrams
• Inspect finished crates for quality and stability
Ideal For Candidates With:
• Construction, carpentry, or assembly experience
• Comfort using tools
• Ability to lift and work on their feet
