9:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday-Friday
Schedule:
Work from home Monday, Wednesday, and Friday; in-office Tuesday and Thursday

What You'll Do:

  • Be the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for customers via phone, email, chat, or other channels.
  • Provide accurate info on pricing, product availability, order status, and solutions for a variety of products.
  • Process incoming orders from multiple platforms, ensuring every detail is spot-on.
  • Follow up on incomplete or issue-flagged orders to keep things moving seamlessly.
  • Assist customers in navigating our website and locating the resources they need.
  • Handle returns, credits, and repair estimates, keeping processes timely and professional.
  • Look for opportunities to suggest additional products that fit customer needs.
  • Record customer feedback to help improve products and processes.
  • Stay up-to-date on products and procedures through ongoing training.
  • Deliver work that meets or exceeds performance goals while keeping safety top-of-mind.

What You Bring:

  • A customer-focused mindset and stellar written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and follow-through abilities.
  • A knack for problem-solving with professionalism and poise.
  • Reliability, flexibility, and a team-player attitude.
  • Solid computer skills, including Word, Excel, and email tools.
  • Fast, accurate data entry and 10-key skills.
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 3 years of customer care experience, preferably in a product-support or call-center setting.
  • Bonus points for a Bachelor's degree, SAP experience, or contact management system know-how.
