Position Summary
We are searching for seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support customer communication, order coordination, and reporting. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, production, and logistics partners to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to provide accurate and timely information regarding:
- Order status
- Product details
- Shipping and delivery timelines
- Collaborate with production teams to determine and communicate shipping schedules
- Coordinate shipments with freight carriers and logistics providers
- Process customer returns in accordance with company procedures
- Compile, organize, and process customer and operational data into reports
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to orders, shipments, and returns
- Provide professional, responsive customer service while resolving issues efficiently
Qualifications & Skills
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service, order processing, or office support experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and data entry
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred
- Experience coordinating shipping or freight logistics
- Experience working with production or manufacturing teams
- Familiarity with reporting or spreadsheet tools
- Experience using ERP Systems
