Job Responsibilities
- Answer and operate a multi-line phone system efficiently and professionally
- Make outbound collection calls regarding outstanding invoices
- Assist customers with payment processing
- Take detailed and accurate messages for the company
- Transfer complex customer inquiries to appropriate internal staff members
- Maintain positive customer relationships while handling collections activities
- Perform data entry and update customer information accurately
- Provide excellent customer service on every interaction
- Complete additional administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience required
- Previous data entry experience required
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Ability to stay productive with minimal supervision
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Comfortable handling a large volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for the majority of the workday
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
